Crate comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If it’s not right for you, we’ll refund your purchase.
How it works
- Email support@crateapp.io within 14 days of your purchase with your order email.
- You don’t need to give a reason. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are handled through our merchant of record and may take a few business days to appear.
After a refund
Once refunded, your license is deactivated and you should remove the Software from your machines.
